The "Apartment" is located on the first floor. It consists of a kitchen, the neighboring living-dining-room an adjoining sleeping room as well as a small bathroom. Also part of the suite is a little cloakroom on the ground floor and the stairwell through which one enters the living space from the atrium.

Situated in ideal downtown location of Wiesbaden, the Apartment is designed in the style of the beginning 20th century and meets all requirements on a state-of-the-art equipped residence.

The Apartment was completely redeveloped and supplied with gas-fired central heating, new bathroom, and new kitchen. It was designed in the style of the beginning 20th century while technical amenities were upgraded to meet the state of the art: modern full-blown kitchen including cooking stove, baking oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, combined refrigerator-freezer, modern bathroom with all-glass shower unit, and shower panel. Cable-TV and fast WiFi are available.

Boarded floors in most rooms impart a warm and cozy touch to the premises. The initially installed floorboards were preserved to the greatest possible extent, reconditioned in their original style and resealed. The original ceiling was taken down, thermal insulation was mounted to the roof, and the interior of the roof was opened to the rooms which gives impressing spatial generosity to the flat. The wooden roof and wall constructions were uncovered, refurbished, and exposed, underscoring the exceptional atmosphere of the place.

In the kitchen basic equipment of cooking utensils and cleaning supplies are provided. Towels and bed linen are supplied by the landlord who will have them changed every second week.

The living area with its antique furnishing conveys an impression of pleasant and homey comfort. It is fitted with a Biedermeier dining table, matching chairs, a comfortable leather couch, a coffee table, and a designer shelf which also houses the TV set.

In the sleeping room an iron queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) with firm mattress provides for restful and regenerating sleep. An antique closet offers plenty of space for your clothing, and a convenient leather armchair by the window invites you to laid-back reading.

A washing machine in the basement of the front building can be shared. Flat iron and ironing board are provided by the landlord upon request.

In the apartment, smoking is not permitted. Smoking is allowable in the courtyard.
