The "Cottage" consists of a living-dining-room with kitchenette on the ground floor as well as a spacious sleeping room and a small bathroom on the first floor.

Situated in ideal downtown location of Wiesbaden, the Cottage is designed in Shabby Chic look and meets all requirements on a state-of-the-art equipped residence.

The Cottage was completely redeveloped and supplied with gas-fired central heating, new bathroom, and new kitchenette. It was designed in Shabby Chic style while technical amenities were upgraded to meet the state of the art: modern kitchenette including cooking stove, microwave oven, combined refrigerator-freezer, modern bathroom with all-glass shower unit, and shower panel. Cable-TV and fast WiFi are available.

Boarded floors in all rooms give the premises a warm and cozy touch. On the first floor, the initially installed floorboards were preserved, reconditioned in their original style and resealed. The ceiling on the upper floor was taken down, thermal insulation was mounted to the roof, and the interior of the roof was opened to the sleeping room which gives an imposing height as well as impressing spatial generosity to the flat. The wooden roof construction was uncovered, refurbished, and exposed, underscoring the exceptional atmosphere of the place.

In the kitchen basic equipment of cooking utensils and cleaning supplies are provided. Towels and bed linen are supplied by the landlord who will have them changed every second week.

The living area with its Shabby Chic furnishing conveys an impression of pleasant and homey comfort. It is fitted with an antique kitchen cabinet, matching dining table with chairs, a convenient cozy sofa, an ancient wooden chest as coffee table, and two small cabinets as extra storage space. The TV set is mounted to the wall and can freely be tilt and swiveled in each desired direction for perfect viewing enjoyment.

A solid wood stairs in traditional make connects the living room with the first floor. In the sleeping room a wrought-iron king-size double bed (180cm x 200cm) with firm mattresses provides for restful and regenerating sleep. An antique closet, also in Shabby Chic look, offers plenty of space for your clothing. Additional storage space for underwear, sweaters, etc. is found in a high chest of drawers with mounted mirror.

A washing machine in the basement of the front building can be shared. Flat iron and ironing board are provided by the landlord upon request.

In the apartment, smoking is not permitted. Smoking is allowable in the courtyard.
